your best Paris tips, pretty please?

04/02/2016

I just bought tickets for Paris for me and my hubby for our Easter holiday. It hasn't been so long since I visited the city though - I was there last August with my beautiful little sister - but last time I visited Paris with Mads was more than 10 years ago (our first trip together), so I'm really looking forward to experience the city with him again :-) I have booked four nights at Hotel Emile. I've heard so many great things about this hotel, and the location couldn't be better. However, if you have any great tips in terms of places to eat, visit or shop, I would really appreciate it if you would share them in the comments! Merci!

Juhuu! Merci!

  2. I remember doing a lot of shopping on Rue De Rivoli. But that's also where I stayed. That street has tons of shops including a large department store, boutiques, H&M, etc... If you take the street all the way down west-ish, you meet up with the Louvre. One thing I really recommend is visiting the Louvre in the early hours of the morning. It's so peaceful and calm. You can get great shots of the pyramids before all the tourists arrive! Enjoy a cup of coffee there in the morning and marvel at the architecture.

    1. Thank you so much for the great tips, Emily! Fortunately, our hotel isn't that far away from the Louvre, so it should be easy to pay it an early visit. Have a great Sunday! x

  3. It's been too many years since I've been in Paris - my recommendations wouldn't be very current. But I hope you and your husband have a fabulous, memorable trip!

  4. Hej Johanne,
    Ob La Di: https://www.facebook.com/ObLaDiParis/
    Télescope: https://www.facebook.com/telescopecafe/
Café Kitsuné i Palais Royal og/eller i Rue Amelot: https://shop.kitsune.fr/stores/
    Fragments: https://www.instagram.com/fragmentsparis/

    Mange pariserhilsner

    Mette
